our trees and shrubs are starting to look better. And, whenever I have questions or need to reschedule TruGreen accommodated me.
Lawn looked better this year than last year. However there are bare spots that occur frequently that could be addressed. I would like to request that each time they make a visit for an application that they could check for any blatant bare spots and simply add seed to these areas. would love to hear thoughts on this.

This is in reference to the service we received on 11/06/2020. The technician was respectful of our property and did a great job caring for our lawn.
I continue to be very pleased with the outstanding results due to the skilled, personable technicians that treat our trees and shrubs.
The tree and shrub service today (11/6/2020) was performed by Mr. Dustin Schluep. This was the first time that he had treated our trees and shrubs. Unfortunately I was unable to speak with him. I appreciate the detailed report of his observations and the treatment undertaken. He was very conscientious about his work today and I am confident that his efforts will build on top of TruGreen's past treatments to contribute to the continued great condition our trees and shrubs are in.
Your techs have my yard loking pretty good and I'm very happy about that.
