We would like to give a big thank to Brandon Woodson. Our lawn was not in a good condition. Brandon did a super good job on aeration and overseeding at 10/11. It is still less than two weeks, but there are tons of new grass now show up on the lawn. Brandon worked hard and paid attention to detail. We are very happen for his service and feeling great that we choose TreGreen. Hopefully we will see Brandon again on the future services.

I like the lawn care program which has brought my lawn back to life in a few years time. But I have a problem with the tree and shrub program. It seems the service missed manage the backyard section. All of the myrtle trees got bad diseases. The leaves turned back powder. The mosquitoes was so so, I guess it is difficult to control a huge space.
I like the service provided by each agent when arriving at property address. Each agent has been courteous and knowledge. Our last agent Jhirell Jackson was very helpful and had good customer service skills. Friendly and responsible. The scheduling of aeration was not on date as original schedule but did get completed in the same week. Also the aeration schedule was not on the schedule screen that you provide. I am very appreciative of Mr. Antoinne William's efforts to prepare our lawn for fall season. The fertilizer and weed control application he performed on 10/18/2021 was my second opportunity to talk with him. Once again I found him to be very personable and conscientious about his work and knowledgeable about lawn care treatments. I hope that TruGreen management will assign him again to treat our lawn in the future.
The service at our home on 10/15/2021 by Amilcar Coreas (Specialist 130782) was excellent. In addition to the services provided, I had a few questions for him, which he answered politely and in detail. He also made a couple of suggestions for the aerating/overseeding that I will be performing this weekend. Amilcar genuinely seemed to care about getting our lawn in the best shape, and I wanted to pass this along.

The cost of materials for me from Home Depot or Lowes is very close to the cost of an annual contract with Tru Green; from the financial perspective it is an easy decision. Plus, after a year with Tru Green I can say that the results are much better than I was every able to achieve on my own.
