Because she was new we made a point to meet her outside and point out our property boundaries. Our yard is irregular and it is not always clear where they should be spraying. I actually had an opportunity to talk to the person providing the service, and I must say that I was very impressed. First of all, he approached me and told me what the service was and asked me if I had any questions. Next I noticed that his cloths were neat and clean, in-spite of the fact that he has a dirty job. I did have a couple questions which he answered without hesitation. And to top it all off he had a very good command of the English language. Keep up the good work!!

I am writing to correct a misunderstanding with my last treatment as the service agent (Andrew Arita) had personally came back to explain my question on if my lawn was serviced on 7/28/21.
I had thought that due to him only being here for about 5min that he may have missed treating my entire lawn.
My hat is off to Andrew for coming back today (7/30/21) to explain that he had done a spot treatment for lawn weeds. I was unaware and failed to miss that little tidbit on the receipt that was left. (my bad). The great news is that TruGreen has been supporting my lawn for a number of years and due to your continued efforts on my lawn i really didn't have that many weeds that needed to be treated thus the minimal time he needed to be here.
Again my apologies to Andrew and give him tons of credit for coming back today (7/30/21) and explaining what service he did complete. He surely is a man of integrity and rates very high in my book to meet with me personally for an explanation.
He's a keeper!!! Thank you Andrew for the explanation and hope to see you again for my next treatment when it's due. The service was completed and I apologize for my misunderstanding of what was completed.

Received a polite heads-up, as usual, that the service was about to be performed. My specialist, Aja Jamerson was efficient while he performed the shrubbery spraying.

Michael Lassiter was very helpful today. He looked at my lawn and confirmed that it appeared the prior technician had accidentally burned the grass in spots during the last treatment. Mr. Lassiter does not think I had a brown fungus problem. I thanked him for his work.
