I'm new to TruGreen. TruGreen services saved me a lot of time to deal with the weed on the lawn. I'd like to suggest that TruGreen marks the border lines on first application, so I'll know no area was missed. My friend told me there will be a natural border line to display with and without TruGreen services in the future.
My specialist, Devon ONeal, #84405, Truck ID212225, is doing a great job. I finally met him last week after him servicing my yard. I'm so pleased with my service and was glad to finally meet the person who performs my services. I found him mature, responsible, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We discussed my yard and the several different kinds of grasses (including crabgrass). He explained what he's doing to treat the lawn and asked/suggested that I be patient because it takes more than 1 season to get everything beautiful. He spent about 20 minutes with me walking around the yard talking about weeds, the different grasses and the treatments. I thought you should know that you have a great young guy on your staff who has a true passion for his job and his customers,
