I am especially impressed with TruGreen's tree and shrub service. My azalea bushes have benefited greatly this year by the professional service (thorough insecticide coverage of all trees and shrubs) provided by Service Specialist Robert Rapp (47817). It is now the end of the summer season and the number of areas under attack by mites and other insects - which result in brown dead leaf areas - has been miniscule. Great job.

Then, we examine the lawn issues together and she tells me her detailed plan of treatment to improve conditions. Stephanie is friendly and warm taking time to greet my two little dogs. Today my specialist whose ID is #1027 and whose name is Randhir Chand went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver excellent service. I was on vacation and he called to confirm service. Handled the fact that my car was in his way and patiently resolved the situation with me on the phone he was competent professional and kind. I really appreciated it. He gets a 10/10 rating from us!
