Your people are very friendly and helpful. For example, recently one young lady who was seeding the lawn gave me some extra seeds to sow myself after I rearranged my stash of firewood. Using the same seeds makes the lawn look so much better. There was enough that I was also able to seed a few spots that needed thickening. I’ve lived her since 1977, and the lawn has never looked better. We’re on a slight hill, on a corner, and the lawn shows very well on all sides.
Fabio is very good about closing the gate. He is very efficient in doing his work.
Your lawn service is great. Your phone service needs help. I waited for an hour for the first call-back. Nothing The same for the second and after waiting resorted to chat more wait. And still have to wait for resolution of problem.. The whole problem could be solved with past records that I hope you retain.

My specialist, Craig Hambach (Branch Number 5729) is doing an excellent job of taking care of my lawn, trees and shrubs. I am very pleased with his service and, as a result, would recommend TruGreen highly.
By the way, Mr. Hambach left me a Trugreen card which states "On the right hand side there is a tab titled Rate Your Specialist". I never found the tab. Perhaps you could let me know where it is.
The grass has filled in the edges of my lawn. TruGreen comes to service and I don’t need to worry about it.
Always notify me before coming out. My lawn looks Great! Always leave me a detailed explanation of what was done and what I can do to help keep my lawn looking great.
