I like the effectiveness of the tree & shrub, the pest control and the mosquito treatments. I have also been impressed with your specialist, Robert Rapp, who is very careful about the path that the long hose takes as it snakes through my yard. He is very aware of the damage that it can do to perennial plants if it passes over them. He is also very knowledgeable about taking care of lawns and shrubs. He is professional, efficient and an excellent emissary for TruGreen.
Service tech (Fabio) is diligent about letting us know that he is at the house, willing to answer questions, takes care to close all gates. He is careful not to put week killer/herbicide on ornamental plants.
Always provided notification prior to service. Service is completed timely! Our Specialist Fabio Curzi is very professional, helpful and very courteous. Always nice to see him. We are happy with our lawn.

Sometimes getting a hold of you is difficult: the system can go around in circles. It took me three phone calls to transact. Once done, all was fine.

Provide a lot of information. Technician is friendly, polite and willing to talk more about the service, our lawn, possible improvement.
This year the grass has grown very well, thick and evenly green of right color. Hope this continues for a long time to come.
