It is a good and reliable services. I have used for several years on lawn service and others.
Except for the issues with "over-seeding" (which, with them, it means grass seeds in every flower bed throughout the yard), my lawn has never looked better. I have recommended TruGreen to my children, friends and other family members.
I like that the same person comes each time. Craig, our rep, seems very knowledgeble and is always willing to answer all my questions. I also like that I get a notification the night before that TruGreen/Craig is coming to the house.

TruGreen services are announced prior to the actual applications. The technicians are very professional and prompt. My yard is an oasis of a healthy lawn compared to sickly, weed-filled lawns surrounding my yard.

Using the app is very easy and the updates let me know when to expect the service to be done. The feedback in the after application report is also very helpful.
My technician Aaron is fantastic! His attention to detail and thoughtfulness about the long-term care of my lawn is much appreciated. I was hesitant to pay the money for a townhouse (versus a single family) but he has made it worth my investment. I am very happy that I signed on again with TruGreen!! Thank you so much. Robert does a great job of treating my bushes and trees. He takes the time to explain all that he is doing and shows a genuine interest in making sure I'm happy.
I like the way Jamaal interacts with me. He always let me know when he arrives. He always lets me know what he is going to do on service day. He always gives an honest opinion of the appearance of the lawn. And he always alerts me when he is leaving. TruGreen is about the fifth or sixth lawn company I have had. Read this correctly. NO OTHER lawn service has made my yard look as good as TruGreen has. And no other service man has talked to me or treated me in such a professional manner as Jamaal. He is courteous and bright. He talks to me in a manner that I understand. He is a professional at what he does.

If I'm not satisfied with a treatment a techincian will come back to reservice my lawn. They will work until I'm satified. I have the healthiest lawn in the neighborhood
