I really like Jamal First name removed as your tech. I gave you a 9 out of 10 as I believe your science team needs to do a better job in figuring out how to control weeds within the regulations that Montgomery County Maryland has imposed on lawn care companies. Otherwise, why should I continue to pay for services if not as effective as they once were. Yes, through no fault of your own but because of government intervention but unfortunately that is the way it is and is not going to get better.
so, you had better figure it out.

Brian always does the most thorough job in taking care of our lawn, and always takes the time to speak to me afterwards to let me know what he noticed, how he treated any issues and to make any recommendations. I wish Brian was the only person Trugreen sent to service my lawn!

However, as of late we seem to have a problem with the appearance of "Nutgrass", which requires special attention.

I wanted to leave a compliment for Isaiah White (163206-T) and his visit today. Great job! He was on time, friendly, thorough.
I told Mr White that yesterday the termite inspector was by for his annual visit, and a complimented me on the lawn: "Wow! What do you do to lawn?" I replied, "TruGreen--routine treatments and annual aeration and seeding."
