The technician who performed our tree and shrub service today (Joseph) was excellent. He knocked at the door then introduced himself and described the service that he was about to perform. We sorted out what was on my property and what vegetation was on county property. That is the kind of customer service that anyone would appreciate.
After showing your team what they missed, they corrected the issue and made notes to follow the property line in the future. They did a great job!!

Today is 31 August 2023, and I have been a TruGreen customer since 2015. I stayed with TruGreen when Mr. Dorsey came as my serve manager… and he convinced me to stay with TruGreen and he said I would not regret it. I haven’t. I am 96 y/o and appreciate the service I’ve been receiving for years. That being said. Please note! The crew that performed my serve today was so wonderful that I had to ask his name. Robert Washington was the most courteous, professional and his attention to details of my yard was so impressive. Mr. Robert Washington, as is Mr. Dorsey, are stellar representatives for TruGreen. I know my yard will only continue to look great, and I thank Mr. Washington and Mr. Dorsey for their efforts to that end. Prompt and efficient services. I always receive a phone call prior to the service, so I'm aware.
My service specialist, 'Ricoh Johnson,' is doing as good a job for me as he can.
Through no fault of his own, he messages me that I need to water my lawn in lieu
of a lack of rain. (It has rained where I live only three short times during the last 2 1/2 months)!
I have a rural property that depends on rain, since I have no well-water hose long enough to stretch up to 400 feet. All of the lawns of my neighbors, as well as mine, are mostly brown.
If we don't get substancial rain periods soon, things will get real bad here. (The large creek area behind my house is DRY,and I've never seen it dry for the fourty years that I've lived here)!
Therefore, TruGreen and Ricoh can't be blamed for the weather pattern we are suffering through.
