My lawn care specialist from Branch 5110 went above and beyond earlier this week to make sure my entire lawn looked great. After some miscommunication about the scope of the account, he contacted his management and arranged for addition service that should have been provided earlier. He could have just acknowledged and apologized (which he did), but he took the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction. I applaud him and hope he is rewarded for his diligence and superior customer service. I'm happy to have him service my lawn.
