After being a customer of TruGreen in Alabama for years and ultimately canceling our service because of poor service and technicians, we decided to give TruGreen one more try when we moved to Texas. Don't notice any difference between True Green and any other like service. Still got bugs and fungus on shrubs and diseases in lawn. True Green eventually came back and sprayed again when asked. Just think it was a little late to correct the problem. Shouldn't have had the problem in the first place. I have to notice the problems myself, and I think True Green should notice and spray the problems. If I was able to spray and feed our yard, I would. Until then, True Green will have to do it, but they do have to come back. Took 2 reminders to get them to not leave the bill on the front door.
I keep hoping things will get better.

The technician that your company sent to service my lawn was very informative about the care of my yard. He explained to me every detail of what is in my lawn and of all types of weeds that is growing in my lawn. As soon as we met we became friends. He has a very good personalty and he is a hard worker. The sole reason for the 10 is the excellent service our specialist provided. He was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. We will accept only Michael Pennell for providing services to us. The problem we had, and a big one, was communication with your scheduling offices. We had numerous problems, and still somehow, Michael was able to provide service to us the day before we left town.
