He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He used the spray from the truck for the entire service. I was impressed. You could tell he knew how to apply and service the entire lawn. In the past... a technician used a hand held little spreader on a couple of spots in the front yard, stuck a note in the mail box and was gone in 2 minutes.

Your service eliminates the necessity for me to handle the lawn, as I am not knowledgeable about the types, quantities, and frequencies required to maintain a lawn. Benjamin Scott was our Lawn Care Specialist on January 19. He and his assistant let us know they were there and what they were going to do. When finished they let us know when they were done and left our device summary. They were both very courteous.
Joshua was superb. He called prior to his arrival. He explained what he was about to do and why; also informing me of what the next several visits would entail leading into the summer months. Identified a few problem areas and how he would remedy them. Couldn't be more pleased.
We have had rain for days and ground is soaked. The first application was given this AM while it is still raining, even though information left on the door mentions the rain as a good thing - I will wait and see what next week brings before I think it is good.
