Mike Pennell was responsive, proactive and disciplined in sharing his knowledge regards my trees and shrubs. I met him during his first treatment and have scheduled treatments throughout the year. TruGreen is lucky to have him compared to most lawn / tree techs I have met.
He made up for dismal quality of communication from the sales/scheduling group in Spring, Tx. They misrepresented what Mike would do. Indicated he would spray all trees and bushes. (only allowed to spray to 20'). They assured me they would inform me ahead of time to assure I could meet with him. It was only by accident that I was home as there was no prior notice. This was also true for the lawn treatment. You have a management/customer service issue in the Spring office. Annoying at a minimum but likely to cause me to consider another alternative.
My service tech (Tony) always lets me know that he has arrived and completed the lawn service. On his last visit, he mentioned that he was requesting an additional weed treatment since previous treatments had not taken care of this issue. I appreciate his professionalism and addressing the weed problem.
Tony Swilley is an excellent service provider for TruGreen. He clearly explains the services being provided and asks if we have any questions about the applications.

The Lawn Care Specialist Benjamin Scott was very professional and explained the process. This was my fist lawn application and the first service call from TruGreen. Benjamin arrived at my home early and got finished quickly. He was very knowledgeable about what I should expect. He left a packet with information on my front door regarding what was done to my yard and what I had to do regarding watering the lawn.
I think TurGreen will be a good service for my yard.
