My yard looks a lot better, and I do not have figure out the right amount and type of materials and when to use them. I still get some weeds, but they are manageable.

Still, on May 10, 2023 at 4:15pm I had to call to cancell all future appointments and at 4:30 pm same day I payed my balance owing. We are moving and no longer need the services is why we cancelled. Why did they show up today? You may want to go over recorded calls on said date and time to confirm my information for yourself because I won't be paying any charges this non-appointment. Sync your systems so each department knows what each other is doing and you aren't giving away your services free. Your people doing the house calls work to hard to have the boss not inform them of this type of situation in the future, and work in vain.

TruGreen helps in unusual situations, for example, following a very cold winter that did severe damage to my shrubs, by giving me a free service with additional fertilizer around the shrubs. The technician, Kelsey Estrada, was very helpful in this regard, and she applied fertilizer around the roots of the damaged shrubs. I really appreciate her help in this situation.
We don't have to do all the lawn maintenance tasks! It has been a struggle with weeds, but eventually the regular pre-emergence applications will catch up to all those nasty weed seeds. Would also help if the neighbors would kill their weeds instead of letting them go to seed for the whole neighborhood. The mosquito service is a huge plus! It is worth it!
Michael Luna sprayed our yard for mosquitos on 4/27 and did a thorough job. He was very courteous and answered my questions. So far, I have not seen mosquitos, and we are not yet using our swimming pool.
