Renee, my technician, walked the yard with me as I pointed out areas of concern with weeds & spots were I had recently put new sod down. He explained he'd out organice granules down on the newly sodded areas. Almost very polite & attentive.

A service notification phone call the day before is good. Also can discuss service recommendations with your techs if I'm interested in improving deficient lawn areas.

The reason I have stayed with Tru Green since we moved to San Antonio and started service in 2008 is because of the quality serice and personal/professional relationship provided by our technician, Bentley Thomas. I have not had the opportunity to do so until now, but I am happy to recognize him for being an extremely valuable asset to Tru Green. These days it is very hard to find service representatives that build personal relationships with their customers, strive to provide excellent service results and care about those results, and take pride in their work. Bentley does all this and more!

The last service done Mar 16 was done correctly. However, the technician forgot to do the grass strip by the sidewalk. There are some brown spots he identified as fungus and sprayed it, but apparently did not do all. I appreciate whatever can be done to help my lawn. Thank you. Please advice. Name removed.
Richard Morales was my technician and was very helpful and informative. He did a great job!!
The service was great this time, Michael Gay did a great job, he took his time and explained to me what he did. Most of the other Lawn Care Specialist don't do that, they are here and gone in 10 min's, and most of the time they don't knock on the door and let me know they are even here. You need to have more Lawn Care Specialist like Michael Gay.

I have been very pleased However, just recently I received a call about fire ant treatment. This has been done in the past. And I thought it was a part of my monthly maintenance fees. Plus my billing is drafted from my checking account. I received a statement for $201.12 which I thought was a little high for that service anyway. I could by Amdro and broadcast it for much less.

This was my first services with TruGreen. The service specialist was Rene here in San Antonio. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I do not want to be dealing with different specialist all the time. I am requesting Rene be assigned to care for our lawn. Scheduled service take out the guesswork. On call to kill weeds - Happy Grass
The call ahead before service is performed is very helpful. Also, the regimen used for lawn treatment has produced a very nice, green lawn.
I like that Trugreen knows what product to use year round to control weeds and keep the lawn healthy
I would like to make sure the receipt slip, stays in our door or under the mat. 75% of the time, we can never find it, and it is deep in the bushes or in the neighbors yard.
Also still waiting for our annual services.
And we purchased duel matching combination locks, and we was told they would save the code to our file for future use. They still will not service the yard, due to the lock.
We are also interested in getting the mosquito prevention spray for the year.
Not until we get a first service for the year, we have weeds that are starting to come up, and we want to stay on top of this.
