On time service
You keep my lawn healthy and keep weeds at a minimum. I only gave a 9 because recently a specialist came out and did nothing. I was scheduled for an airaetion. It may have been the wrong specialist. Did not get word about it. Then for a week I received phone calls with no message. The following week they came with no call to my knowledge. Talked with them about the situation. Said they were sorry. Understood my concern. Asked if I still wanted the service. Said yes.

I want to recognize a TruGreen Manager in the San Antonio, Stahl Road store. His name is Ricco. Ricco and I met on May 23, 2023, at my property to discuss a few concerns/questions I had concerning my lawn and lawn treatment.
After walking the property, and listening to my questions and concerns, Ricco offered some valuable advice and formulated a plan of action to move forward with.
Let me say, Ricco is the epitome of a Service Manager for TruGreen. He is technically proficient, has excellent people skills, and makes an immediate impact with his problem-solving skillset.

TruGreen, overall is okay. I think they can improve on their lawn tech making contact with home owners with a more accurate assessment of their service when they arrive to someone home. I’m still battling a large amount of weeds around my yard after a complete year of service. On the flip side I would purchase another year of service because they have my corner lot looking pretty good compared to some other neighbors.

I've had TruGreen service my property since 2020. They've done a great job thus far. Right now, I'm concerned because there are so many weeds infiltrating my yard. They've sprayed, etc., but it seems to be getting worse and is out of control. I spend a lot of hours pulling the weeds because the HOA is not patient enough to wait for the weeds to wither and die. There's got to be a better way.
