I want to recognize the professionalism of Dan Salley and Josh Frye. Both men spoke with me prior to servicing our lawn. They were courteous, personable, knowledgable, and professional. I liked both of them. They performed their duties in a prompt and efficient manner. Our lawn is looking the best it has in years. I know that there are many negative reviews on various review websites about TRUGREEN, but these two young men should go far in erasing those negative impressions. They do their jobs thoroughly and are always willing to return if necessary. Well, it was necessary to return recently to respray a few areas with weed killer, but it was done within 24 hours of my call to TRUGREEN customer service, We couldn't be more pleased with TRUGREEN and their employees at this point. I will update this review throughout the summer.

TruGreen always does a good job and stands by their product and service. John Watkins was the service technician who came to aerate our yard yesterday. The sprinkler heads were not marked because I didn't know he was coming. He helped me mark them all. He was very professional and did a great job.

Have not met your tree and shrub servicer. Too early to see any results. Your lawn servicer is excellent. Has definitely made an attempt to get to know us, our lawn, and its needs. We are extremely please to see the same lawn person return each year. A big reason for our renewals.
My technician, Steve was very friendly and courteous. Did an excellent job on aerating my lawn and cleaning up afterword. Explained what he was doing and the type of grass seed he wa using and why. Very good person, Keep this guy.
