I was having a difficult day at a local merchant and when I arrived home, I noticed that Jeffrey was completing my application, I saw him actually get off the machine that he was riding on and picked up some trash that was thrown in my yard between the road and my property. I live in a rural area and people tend to dispose of their plastic cups and food wrappers. I could not believe my eyes that he took it as his job to not only treat my yard but also clear it of debris. That day was very cold and getting windy and he still took the time to do that! What a wonderful thing to do!! He quickly changed the nasty attitude that I had earlier from my bad experience at the dealership and replaced it with joy. He made my day so much better. Always great service and punctual.
The tech (Joseph Torres) that did my service was great. Yesterday was garbage day so a ton of garbage had blown into my yard. He started picking it up even after I told him that I would rush around and pick it up so he could start spreading the fertilizer.

They are very dependable. The techs come regularly between 4 and 6 weeks and I am notified the day before so that we can have the yard ready. The products they use seem to be fine and the techs are always willing to answer questions and make suggestions. For years, I took care of spreading the seasonal applications of fertilizer, but now that we're older and have a larger yard, I can't do all the work. I think TruGreen seems pretty expensive, but I know it's competitive with other lawncare companies.
Joseph came at the assigned time and appeared to do a very thorough job, he was friendly and spoke with us about the service. We were glad to meet him
