I felt like one area of my lawn was untreated. The serviceman came out & treated that area & spot treated a few others.
So far, so good - I am pleased with the Tru Green service.
I belive the treatment has been good but every year there seems to be scheduling issues. With that being said, Erica Schweiger is great and she always makes it right.

Erica is very responsive to questions or concerns that we have regarding service or billing inquiries. She also provides me with a pre-arrival email so we always know who will be on site when and what service they are providing.

Although the last application of the season, last october, I should have said it right away.
The technician must have spilled, right by the edge of my lawn and the road. I was left with a brown spot, that I hoped may have gotten better, Now that everything is getting green and growing, I am left with a really ugly brown spot there now.
Jeffrey Jackson was here for our first application on 4-9-2024. He was aware of the spots of concern of chickweed that I had phoned in last week. He did what appeared to be a very thorough job of applying spray to the trouble spots that I had marked.
He is a very courteous young man and an asset to TruGreen.

We have been with TruGreen for a couple of years now and our lawn is always so Green and plush. We had an issue with Creeping Charlie forever and last year they were able to get it under control. Erica is always so pleasant to deal with and makes our renewals effortless.
