I appreciate the advanced notice of when our service call will be made. I also appreciate, how we are contacted via so many outlets. Once the service has been performed, we are given the documentation showing us exactly what was completed.
Lavonte Mirton was very personable, friendly, and answered questions.
However, I have questions regarding the printout I received.
1. It says granular fertilizer was applied...NO granules were applied! Everything was liquid!
2.It states grassy weed control was applied, yet comment area states "was not able to treat weeds...scheduling a follow up visit in a few days"
This is confusing!
