It's easy! Our technician, Andrew, lets us know what he is doing and makes recommendations that he is able to support, and when we decide what we want to go with, he does it and doesn't get really pushy on the options we decline. He comes, does his thing, says 'hi' and goes his way, and it's all going smoothly. The lawn looks great and we are very happy. :)
