I have been a customer for many years and my lawn is healthy and looks great.
However, this year the service is not the same. I have had brown patches in my lawn and when I tried to get the attention of the service tech he ignored me and was more interested in talking on his phone, had ear phones in the entire time and I understand they need to eat but he was in front of my house 15 minutes continually on the phone and I saw him in front of a neighbors home for the same amount of time.
The service tech who applied my flea and tick spray spoke to me when he srrived, did the job and moved on.
The quality of the service tech for my lawn had deteriorated. Not sure if the dead grass is because of a new formula or the tech is just not paying attention.
I did not call because I felt it would be pointless.

You notify me prior to your visit. Your employees are very courteous, do their job and they leave.Sometimes I am at home when they arrive and I have a chance to speak with them .

Shaun Flores did a great job making sure that the applications improve its health and color. Our lawn looks great. We had too much clover but that is improving.

Technician is very good
Recent review by your specialist, Jordin, noted some tree and shrub issues on the property. We did not have that covered and his suggestions/observations made sense so we added the service and will be starting cycle.
Part of our yard is fenced off, where I do have some peonies/roses I have been treating as I noted issues; not mentioned in our conversation, so I am wondering if these are included in the service since that part of the yard is fenced off and I did not see that he had access when Jordan walked around the property. Maybe when the specialist come to apply first treatment, he can let me know if there are other issues that should be addressed. The excess rain we had this month, after the drought, has festered some fungus on the grass and I am hoping with the warmer days expected, these "white caps" on the crass will die off.
Your specialists so far have been 5 star folk... the prior mosquito coverage, had a great expert who guided me when we had bees; for budget reasons we are not using mosquito treatment at present. Santiago, the prior lawn man, would always leave recommendations , and Jordin caught recent issues before they fester. GREAT people!

We are called before the service is performed, the technicians will take a few moments out of their day to answer questions or make suggestions. The technicians are professional, and personable. If an error occurs, it is corrected quickly.

Provide decent amount of notice, beforehand. Prompt service. Sufficient feedback if service has to changed.
