The tech is always helpful in answering my questions. Our tress and shrubs look great. We very much appreciate the details provided by the technician in the notes. But when he mentioned issues with certain shrubs and trees he did not say specifically which ones. That is very helpful information to have and I wish it was provided in the notes of the visit.

Had Dave V from branch 5721service my yard. Talked to Dave last time he was at my property, has been here numerous times in the past year. My yard is finally looking good. It was not treated for 45 years and the grubs and dandelions made the yard look awful.

Justin S. was on time, listened to my questions and addressed them. He was very professional and courteous. I seem to have a real problem with what I will call "onion weeds" in my yard. I wish there was a way to get rid of them permanently. They do get sprayed and they die but they keep coming back and seem to be spreading all over my yard. Anything you can do with that would be greatly appreciated. I also have bald spots in my yard and moss growing in certain areas. I'm assuming that the soil is not lacking as you fertilize throughout the year. Any thoughts on why I have this?
Renardo Shockley, Jr. took a genuine interest in the health of my tress and shrubs and the diseases on them. He showed me what the diseases looked like. He thoroughly explained what he was applying and what to expect now and in the future. He was very professional and valued customer service and satisfaction.
