Good service along with good tehnicians!
Amanda, in the office, was very helpful to me as right after my prior application, there was a downpour that washed away what had been applied to my lawn. Amanda then rescheduled another appointment for me, (at no charge), to have a technician come back to service my lawn again. The technician, Mark O'Neill, just now finished the job and left my home. Mark was polite and did a highly professional job on my lawn.

Communication with me is a customer, polite and friendly people both on the phone and who come to my home. I only met one service tech so far as I am a new customer I'd like to thank him again for doing such a thorough job. His name is Anthony. I've been living in my house for 23 years and this is the best my lawn has ever looked. I spent plenty of time and money trying to get it like this but I have to say this is the best it's ever looked. I've only been a customer for the past three months. It's hard for me to believe.

The service I receive from your local office. Donna in the office (Commercial Accounts) is extremely helpful, very professional,accommodating and consumer friendly.
They send you a message when they are going to come and what treatment they are going to apply. Also I like the written explanation that is left with the receipt.
Always come at the right Seasonal Time with products that have been very successful for our lawns.
service techs are great but getting 2 or more calls everyday for upsell service, especially about mosquito is ridiculous. they are calling from numerous states throughout the country. it is highly annoying.
