The reliability of Tru Green. My lawn is having issues because of the re-seeding or too much lime being applied from last year which really annoys me. Hopefully the re-seeding this year will correct the issue.
Always provide service on time, with a call the day before. If there are weeds still remaining after an application, Tru green will always come out again and spray.
Painless service and I do not need to pay any attention to my shrubs, and they all seem to flourish under TruGreen's care.

Shrub Service: Specialist named John recently visited my house to address concerns with a couple shrubs. John's communication on the phone and in person with my daughter were exceptional. John is very knowledgeable and customer focused. I look forward to the one struggling shrub rebounding!
Our service Tech Steve Young is superior and professional. He takes the time to notify us when we're home that he is there for treatment. Also when leaving stops at door to ask if we have any questions. The treatments Steve has been applying along with advice with raising the mower blades has greatly improved the thickness & fullness of our turf. We use to have an abundance of crabgrass and other thin weeds which literally would take over in July & August and NOW have a yard to be proud of due to this fine service and advise (which is very much appreciated.
