He is friendly and helpful in providing tips on maintaining the look that I want to achieve. I find him knowledgeable about lawn related issues and professional in making sure that coverage of lawn chemicals is even applied and that my yard gates are closed when he leaves.

Reliable and professionally done
I have had two servicemen come to my home....one to lime the other to complete the first crabgrass and fertilizer treatment. Both were outstanding, very courteous, friendly and helpful. My only complaint with TrueGreen was getting them there....three phone calls and threatening to cancel my account, which I paid in full. No complaints with Lou Martz and a gentleman named Steve.

Very courteous and caring specialist came to my property the other day to spray my shrubs....he advised me about the notes he had on my chart and addressed my concerns. i like that he will be the steady for this route. having someone that you can get to know and develop a repore with means a lot to me....I give John Booker a 10. I like the quality of the products being used to make my lawn look great. I have to get use to the liquid applications being applied. My prior lawn service (Scotts Lawn Serrvice) used the granular type fertilizer which when applied seem to cover the lawn better. With the current liquid application is okay however, the technician applying the fertilizer needs to make certain that the entire lawn is properly covered. I have areas where you can tell the liquid application clearly was not applied. In addition, the first application for the season has weed control, no problem, however two weeks after the first application I had to buy Round Up to kill weeds that sprung up. I used pretty much the entire container to kill the weeds. With Scott's I never had to do this.
Other things that I like is the ability to order services online and make payments.
Over the years my lawn has looked pretty great I hope that it continues with your service.
Later this season will look to have the lawn aerated and seeded in certain areas that are thin due to trees.
I think you do a good job. If I call about a problem a tech is out quickly & you'll redo an application if need be.

Quickly charged credit card for lime application to be added to my scheduled prepaid applications for 2017!!!
Yet when I called to inquire as to WHEN this $85 prepaid application would b applied I got no satisfaction!!
Today called to CANCEL this lime & wanted my credit card reimbursed!!!
Spoke with Debbie who assured me I would received call to schedule by next Wednesday!!

The lawn definitely looks green. I really like the no-weeds service. In fact, I may call because I am already seeing dandelions.
This is my third year using TruGreen and I'd like to say that my specialist Scott Bieber has been very helpful since this new season started. I've never written anything on this site before but he's an asset to your team!!!
