The program is largely invisible. The company calls to announce their planned arrival, arrives as announced, completes their work and leaves a note on the door. The lawn would neverr pass for the golf course, but its appearance has improved.

I like the pre-notice phone calls. I will NOT opt out on that. I like when the designated date is kept, which is usually 99.9% of the time. I like the E-mail after that the service was done.
HOWEVER, I DO NOT LIKE IT WHEN 'NO' INVOICE, OR OTHER OF TYPE OF RECEIPT, OF SLEVE IS NOT LEFT WITH THE DATE AND THE SERVICE (MATERIAL) PERFORMED.

effective service. My trees and shrubs are doing well. Service people are pleasant and professional. New tech today, Michael Green, was very courteous,explained what he was doing.
I have had TruGreen for quite a few years and have been very satisfied. The objection that I have is that the pre-pay discount should be more generous, say 10% instead of 5%.
They do perform a very good service and have been very respectful about my property.
