Sam is the your representative who treats our trees and shrubs. He always smiles and says hello. He talks to me about my wife's and my shrubs and points out certain things that he sees and treats for. He is always friendly and I look forward to seeing him whenever he comes to our home. He is sincere and a nice guy.

YOUR SERVICE IS GREAT. HOWEVER, IT SEEMS AS IF THOSE THAT COME OUT TRY TO TAKE SHORT CUTS. THINGS LIKE , OH I DID NOT KNOW YOU HAD GRASS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE POOL. DID THEY LOOK?? AND HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO TELL THEM WHERE THE PROPERTY LINE IS. NOT HARD FOLKS!! LETS GET IT DONE RIGHT WITHOUT ME HAVING TO BABY SIT!!

I have been with T..rue Green 20 years I had an issue with my yard I made the necessary phone calls to true green and they sent a representative out which repaired my yard at no charge. True Green did stand by their guaranteed which means a lot to me especially customer service.
