The service is always great, however, on 6/25/22 the technician who perform the service only provided service to my front. I called the same day spoke to a really nice young lady who stated she would set me up to have my back completed and I would not have to pay for the treatment. so when I received my bill yesterday, I was surprised to see my monthy bill the same. I called and spoke to a young man and explained what happened and what the young lady stated he told me because they came out to treat the back that was not free it constituted the bill, I explained when someone says free, its free. he continued to tell me I was wrong, I asked for a supervisor he told me I had to deal with him there was no supervisor for customer complaints for billings. I really hope he is wrong that effects my quality of care for me and what I pay for.
If there is a mistake it may not be corrected. Thank Goodness, I hung up from that man and called back and received Mr. Yau, who listened to my call and adjusted. my bill Thank God for him.
The lawn always looks good. The technician alerts us when he is on his way so we can put the dog in the house and keep her calm while he is here.
The application on 7/6/22 was a re-do of the application on 6/28/22. The Technician who did the 6/28 application did a horrible job. I observed him haphazardly laying the material down and not covering the entire lawn. He was also on his phone while spraying the material. He did not leave me the paper describing what he did so I can't tell you his name.
On 7/6/22, Mr. Isaac Hohman re-did my property. I observed him taking special pains to make sure he had all the required places covered. At one point I spoke to Isaac and he was very respectful, polite and seemed knowledgeable. Isaac performed the job the way I expect it to be done, as a long time TruGreen customer. Upon completion of the application, Isaac placed his facts sheet on my door knob. Please recognize Isaac for his exceptional service.
Every service gentleman that has come to do my lawn has been friendly and very courtesy, My lawn looks good ever since chem lawn has been taking care of it.

TruGreen Pest Service is excellent and really controls pests. Our home is a joy to live in now when we first moved in this was not the case but now we hardly see a bug. We can enjoy our patio and yard all year long. The technicians are diligent and leave reports to let you know what they did and warning signs are always put up properly so that family knows where to avoid until a day or so has passed.
