I like the notices of when a service is provided. One request would be for more specific suggestions on how to address issues - for example, I have an area in my backyard that clearly needs some seeding but no comments have been provided.

However, I discontinued the tree and shrub service because I felt it wasn't effective. I still got diseased plants and shrubs!
