My lawn looks great Communications have been our only issue with the service. Sometimes we get the call in advance so we can prepare, sometimes we get it the night before & other times we dont get notified at all. This is a logistical issue for us as we have pets and a locked gate to deal with. Make the communications more consistent and the service would be without flaw

I like that the technician leaves a description of what was done and what fertilizer or herbicide was applied to the yard after each visit. I like that the treatments are automatic and I d not need to call and schedule each treatment. I did not use a 10 because one time there was a large delay between treatments and I had to call to get on the schedule.

I've used service for over 30 plus years when it was formerly ChemLawn. Service has been good and my lawn looks great. However, there needs to be random follow-ups behind technicians. I was billed for aeration/seeding in which I did not sign up for the current year nor was done. I was home the day of the date being charged and no one showed up. I have a sprinkler system. When I authoried aeration to be done two years ago TruGreen called and asked me to mark where the sprinkler heads are in my yard. I had to call to get the billing removed. I was saved from being directly charged because my credit card had not been updated due to a scam. I'm currently under the Custom Lawn Care Prepay program service except for Annual Aeration/Seeding in which I did not select for the upcoming year. I wanted the option to determine when. Aeration and Seeding does not need to be done every year especially if my lawn is prestine already. According to my research Aeration/Seeding should only be done every 3 to 5 years depending on the lawn quality.
