Your team is responsive to special requests. Recently noted wild blue violets invading my lawn. Called your service center and advised the rep that I wanted the spread of the violets controlled or have the weed eliminated. The rep was kind enough to schedule another application of broadleaf killer for next week. That is the kind of customer service that sets TruGreen apart from other companies.
And then there is always, the advantage of set-it and forget-it! Prepay provides a discount and then the techs come on a regular basis with a timely reminder call. They don't knock on the door and try to sell ad-ons. They just go about their business and leave our lawn looking great!

Overall, the service I receive is satisfactory.
However, I must say I'm very disappointed in the results this year for the backyard. The front yard looks very good, however, this year we have more weeds and clover than we have had in many years. I would like to see the same results overall in the backyard that I'm seeing in the front yard. I would lie to request a respray of teh yard for weeds as the two applications that have been applied to date have not made any progress towards eliminating the weeds, clover and a very widespread weed I have identified as lesser celandine. We have very large areas of coverage of this weed in the backyard (some minor areas in the front yard) and I would like to see it eliminated.
