Your technician let me know whrn he arrived,he told me what he was about to do,he went about his job without delay and did a good job. The one complaint that I do have has nothing to do with your service but with your failure to phone me to let me know that you were dispatching a service person to my home.This happened on your previous visit I talked to someone at Tru Green at that time who seemed surprised that I did not recrive a call apparently you have a procedure in place that is supposed to work but for some reason it does not..The phone numberPhone number removed) you have on file is correct.,I am the only one that resides here so I will know if I receive a call or a message. TruGreen was able to bring our lawn back from the brink of disaster. The lawn is noticably greener and it is starting to fill in. Your service people told us that it would take several years, but it has really come back this year which is only the second year. Service is prompt and courteous. The technicians are professional and care about what they are doing. It is truly appreciated.
