Everything with the program runs smoothly. I receive calls reminding me about upcoming lawn applications. I receive a statement at the beginning of the new season that shows everything that my program includes. There's an option to prepay for your whole program if you choose. These are all good features of True Green.

Been utilizing your services for many years, the lawn shows the results, thick healthy green grass, make the house and property look greater. The technicians know their customers' lawns, which is the most important thing to us. Therefore, they care and we have a partnership.
Only thing is that at least for the first of the season service billings, the due date and receipt only allowed a few days, not even a week for turnaround for payment. Hope that improves.

Receive notification before a treatment will be delivered mainly because family has dog and sometimes we dog sit here at our property. That is very helpful. Timely delivery. Reliable
One problem is with billing. Once the bill is produced I can not get a corrected bill with discounted price for each treatment listed. Very grateful to get the discount due to me being on a strict fixed income. Thank you very much.

The lawn improved quite a bit
My lawn and shrubs look healthy. The specialists are friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday, I spoke to Matthew Sullivan. He was very friendly. He knocked at my door before the lime application and after he was finished. He explained all about the mosquito defense service that trugreen provides. I am considering it but haven't committed to it yet.
