Jesse Hawkins was great yesterday. He called when he arrived at my property and asked why I wanted a return service. I told him that I didn't think the previous aeration and seeding was complete. He confirmed that he observed the same issues I had reported. He then explained exactly what he was going to do during his visit. He was extremely pleasant and professional.
