The Call before service is good and the Specialist, Richard Grubbs, Branch 5258 (Customer #Phone number removed373). I was home and was able to talk with Richard and he explained about the different grass in my yard and how well it was doing and what he did that day for my service. He was very friendly and talked about the yard and how it was responding, actually very well, despite the late cold weather here in South Georgia.

I just started with TruGreen and had my first treatment because John Deluca from Branch #5258 sold me on the hope that he can make my lawn look the way it is suppose too. He was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and returned my calls quickly. My neighbor uses him and his lawn looks great and he recommended him as well. Based on what I have seen so far... I think John can do the job and do it well. I actually think John cares and wants to do a good job, which is unusual in today's world. I am looking forward to seeing what he can do with my lawn.
