I would like you to know that my lawn specialist John Deluca is doing an especially good job for you in helping me keep up my lawn during these summer months. I see him endure your long-sleeve shirt advertising and safety provision policy without complaint. Even when I try to sympathize with the heat and long sleeves, he never takes the bait and speaks derisively about your company. I don't mention this to him for any other reason than to let you know that he is respectful to your company, always courteous, and has a very even disposition befitting an employee deserving of your pride and confidence in his representation of your company. John never enters my property without first talking with me face to face. I appreciate that.

John always knocks or rings my doorbell to announce his presence, describing his plan of operation on that service day, then finds me later to give me his summary of the results of his lawn treatment and what conditions he found in the yard during the spraying. This is very helpful to me and helps the customer understand how to complement Trugreen's lawn maintenance program. He usually gives me very specific suggestions just before he leaves, further adding value to the Trugreen service.

He was pleasant and we talked about my lawn and he took great pride in preforming the work and I watched as I have not been pleased in the past. I very much want to keep Avery as the person to work on my lawn in the future.
