Today I had my lawn treatment , done by TIM SUBYAK (specialist: 77917), and I would like to thank him not just for listening to my concerns but also for being thorough and showing attention to detail.
He turned the filled water-bowl for my dog over and put it on the patio so he would not accidentally spray it with the chemicals.
Sometimes it is the little things that make a difference!

I was very impressed with Kasur Young, the specialist who was sent to my home. He explained in detail what services he was going to provide on this visit as well as what to expect on future visits. Kasur went over my Healthy Lawn Analysis with me to make sure I understood all of the Areas of Focus and Care Recommendations. TruGreen should be very proud to have him as one of their team members.
We have started and stopped your service several times in the past 19 years.
The reason we stopped during that time was due to on-site personnel's apparent lack of attention and what I assume was insufficient product and plant knowledge..
At the present time I am VERY SATISFIED with the service from your representative Tim Subyak. He provides proper service, offers suggestions and answers any questions regarding the lawn and shrubs. There is definitely an improvement in the condition of the plants since he has been working on the property.

Mr. Fletcher was an example today of the service I have come to expect from Trugreen, prompt with service and requests, he was prompt, thorough and completed service in a timely manner.I appreciated his comments and concern when the service was completed. I was thinking this most recent rampant weed did need to be addressed, Mr.Fletcher told me what to expect from the service and what to anticipate as well as , did I had any other concerns. Mr. Fletcher gave me the impression he understood how important my lawn is to me.
The technicians are consistently friendly and knowledgeable. Today, Keith Fletcher performed our service and he was great. He was thorough and easy to communicate with. He did an outstanding job!
