Sorry about the lateness. Kasur Young serviced my lawn Friday 26 July 2019 and Monday 29 July 2019. His Friday appearance involved the treatment of SPURGE. We discussed what he plan to use for the control of the weed as we walked the front and back yard. I also mention to him about my mole problem throughout the yard despite the TOP CHOICE treatment used 29 July 2019. The yard seem free of insects and food sources, yet the mole is still digging tunnels. I had about three good weeks after the TOP CHOICE treatment. The Monday 29 July 2019 appearance was my regular treatment. Again we walked and talked about the yard after he treated. He pointed out bare spots that he gave special treatment to increased growth and appearance. My grass cutting length is fine.

A new technician came to service my yard today. Kasur Young is quite pleasant and took his time speaking with me about my yard this morning. It's important as a customer to make sure my lawn stays at its best and Kasur is driven to this customer satisfaction! Thanks to Trugreen, my yard is always at its best!
I had my lawn serviced today and want to recognize the outstanding service that I received from Katsura Young. Not only did he service my yard but he took time to appraise me of the current condition of my yard. He answered my questions and offered advice on several concerns that I had about taking care of my yard. I found him to be very professional and he provided valuable information that I intend to use to maintain a healthy lawn. I fired my last lawn service because they didn’t make me feel important and made me feel like I was bothering them when I had questions. This was not the case with Kasur Young. He put me at ease and made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. I would give him a rating of 10 out of 10 where 10 represents highly satisfied. Kasur Young makes me feel that my decision to hire Trugreen as my lawn care provider was the best decision.

I had my first service completed by Kasur Young. He introduced himself, told me what he would be doing and began his work. He asked me if I had any problems with my yard. He evaluated my yard and informed me of it's condition. He was very courteous and professional. I would definately rate him as a 10 on a scale of 1-10. He did a great job representing your company.
