The lawn service I have been receiving has been excellent. When I am home the tech always tells me what he is doing and how it will effect the lawn. Even though I can't do anything else about tit they even talk to me about my drainage problems. I will say over the last year or so the billing piece of my service has been an issue, a couple of times services were performed that I did not want wit no prior scheduling. To everybody's benefit all I have had to do is call and it is all straightened out without any hassle, kudos to you.
Today Rueben Pol serviced my lawn. He answered all my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable about my needs for the lawn. He told me about a weed that I must not cut with the lawn mower because the seeds would spread and germinate again. He also explained to me that ST AUGUSTINE GRASS was the culprit killing my centipede on one side of the house. All the years have seen this particular weed, no one from TRUGREEN (representative) has told me this when we walk the lawn. I was planning to cancel my service at the end of this year. I still might cancel my service. RUEBEN POL GIVES ME SOME HOPE FOR MY YARD. I have already spent about a thousand dollars on Black Kow Topsoil (45 pounds per bag at $4.75 at my local nursery) as well as 30 pounds of Bermuda seeds from LOWES. I also purchase 6 pounds of centipede seed ($175.00) trying to patch the spots that was cause by a fungus (I believe) that occurs early every year. I have spent every spare minute the last four weeks in my front yard mornings before work and evenings when I get a moment. I DO HAVE A SPRINKLER SYSTEM. I have not even got to the back yard. RUEBEN POL SUGGESTED I WAIT THREE DAYS BECAUSE OF TODAY'S TREATMENT. The back yard will take at least 25 bags of topsoil. I contacted TRUGREEN every year (February and March) about the problem. CHECK YOUR RECORDS. Someone from TRUGREEN will come and examine the large brown areas, make promises with the treatments and nothing improves my situation. The SPURGE has returned in May. It returns every year and spreads quickly. It is spreading quickly at this time. I found out what type of weed (SPURGE) this is on my own by visiting local nurseries for a treatment. I was told several times it was called RED THREAD by TRUGREEN representatives. About four years ago I paid someone to do this work (labor). I paid for all the materials. My yard bounced back and was looking good according to my neighbors. This year people were stopping by around March and April 2019 asking what was happening to my grass. THE 10 IS FOR RUEBEN POL. I WOULD ALSO GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE A 10. I am looking forward to see if today's treatments are helpful.
Very impressed with the interaction I get from your technicians when they arrive to perform services. Very well informed and able to relay that to me to understand what services are being performed and what those services do. I highly recommend! My yard needed a lot of TLC and you guys are making it look a thousand time better already.

We really like your service and friendly technicians, however we constantly receive telephone calls regarding add-on services that truthfully, we are not interested in. How can we opt-out of telephone solicitations?
Ruben Pol gave me so much information to help keep my yard looking topnotch. I appreciate the time he took with me to explain how to best care for my yard. He also told me about the tree and shrub program that I wasn't aware of. I told him I wanted to add the tree and shrub treatment to my program since my bushes had some fungus growing on them. I also have new flowering plants being put in and they will need fertilizer.
I have had excellent service today and appreciate being educated on how to best care for my yard now. I look forward to seeing Ruben for our next treatment. He is very professional and knowledgable. He even told me how to set my irrigation system so my grass will thrive and grow better.

I had our specialist, Kasur Young, come out to take a look at some large areas of my lawn that were discoloring and dying out. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and recommended that I water more often and in greater amounts during this time of drought. He assured me it wasn't a fungus, and that with more water, the lawn would fill back in. I was relieved to hear that things were not as bad as I had imagined and am grateful for his prompt response for my request of an extra service visit. I have used TruGreen for several years and have recommended their services to several of my neighbors. Very pleased with all services. Keep up the good work.
Ruben was great. As a new customer, I appreciated that he explained what he planned to do as well as what he found following the 1st application. He answered my questions and was patient with me.
I've only had 5 treatments under your service and already my grass is really shaping up, far superior in every way to the local service that I fired last year.
Additionally, I've had a different technician each of the 5 times and they were ALL excellent, the latest being CHASE BISHOP on 05/23/19. Chase, as well as the others, was knowledgeable, articulate and pleasant and I have to compliment you at TruGreen for what appears to be exception hiring practices and training. There's no horsing around, just a discussion of what's going done to be done then the actual treatment being done (expeditiously!) and they're on their way. Kudos to TruGreen, please keep it up!
