The technicians are always here on the day service is scheduled. They are very professional doing our lawn and conscientious about locking our gate when they leave so our dog is secure when she is outside. They answer all question that I may have. Thank you

I like the care that the technician provides when he arrives. He always asks me if I have any questions or any concerns he needs to attend to. He is very pleasant to talk to and responds professionally when I do asks him a question.
We have really liked working with Mike Carter regarding our lawn and trying to improve it, but the last two visits have been someone else. Not that they aren't good at their job, but we have liked the info and suggestions from Mike and we prefer him as our permanent person. If that isn't possible we may not renew.

Mike Carter is my Lawn Tech. He was here today for my year-end feeding. He is the best thing about your company! It was like pulling teeth to get him assigned to my account, but he has been here the last 2 times. It's time for me to renew. I will only use your service if Mike Carter is my Lawn Tech, so please be sure he continues to be my guy. Mike knows his business with the lawn. If all your techs were as good as him, you would probably do a lot more business.
And last but not least......Having someone in a foreign country answer the phone for customer service shows me that you value the dollar more than the customer. When I need service, I want to talk to the local office....... which seems impossible with your company.
TruGreen has done a fantastic job of turning our lawn around, it has gone from 20 to 30% St.Augustine and other grasses to 80% St.Augustine and looking better after every lawn treatment.

The only thing wrong is trying to contact your company for a service question. Your Virtual service doesn't work at all... Try it sometime. I need to speak to my local store but it is impossible. If I find the answer with another company, I might be canceling your service.
