We had 100% satisfaction with Justin. He was thorough with the service. He answered all questions and was very professional. He is a true assest to the company. I have requested that he provide our tree & shrub service always from now on. We were not satisfied with Philip S. He was untrue about the job he did. We had proof with our security cameras. There is no way for a 1 acre property with lots of trees and shrubs to be treated in 15 minutes. I filed a complaint about him already & have requested he no longer come to our house under any circumstances. We also liked Breaunna, however, Justin was absolutely top notch. If not for him, we almost canceled our tree & shrub service. On a side note about our lawn service, Patrick (Ian) is also equally amazing. I cannot say good enough things about him as well. 5 stars. I have requested he continue to provide our lawn service as well. Justin and Patrick (Ian) deserve a raise so they never leave! They are the face of the company!
