My supervisor asked me to contact the office to let them know what an exceptional job Amy Evans did! Amy Evans came out today to provide Tree & Shrub Service (WO#Phone number removed01). She knocked on the door as requested and talked with a Staff Team Member before and after application, and she provided the Work Order as requested. She would like to request that we have Amy Evans every time!!

Dependable professional service
TruGreen is focused on service and customer satisfaction. Their services are regular and give you an opportunity to request a particular tech.
I am handicapped - mobility challenged and so it would be impossible for me to do all the wonderful treatments that TruGreen provides not only that to be able to obtain all the products. I live in an HOA run community so I need to be able to trust TruGreen to keep my lawn out of trouble with the HOA.
We have only been serviced by you on one occasion. Would like to wait to write more after we have seen how this goes.

Communication is great but sometimes too early in the morning. Our lawn does not look very good right now - probably the worst lawn in the neighborhood. I did mention it to the last technician that was hear. Hoping that it will look better in the next couple months.
I truly appreciate the support and customer service I’ve received so far! I’ve only had 2 service done so far but I can see improvement starting to happen! I’m looking forward to seeing what happens in 6 months!
