Cassius New knocked on my door to let me know he was on my property and to ask if I had any questions or concerns about my lawn. He took time from what I am sure was a tight schedule to chat with me for a while.
First of all, Tru Green has been the best! I use a majority of their services for Lawn, Pest control and Shrub/trees. As a longtime Florida resident of 50 years plus, I know the environment here and trust to Tru Green. There are other companies with a long history as well, but none compare in my opinion.
It also is due to the technicians they send, but my Lawn Care specialist, Stephen Boutin, is top notch. His advice helped me get through droughts, flooding, and freezes. My lawn is green and weed free while my neighbors’ lawns are dead looking and filled with dollar weed, nutsedge and other pests. I’ll stick with Tru Green and have one less thing to worry about as a homeowner in a state where the natural environment can be tough to deal with.
Very careful with the job. He was very accommodating and polite. I couldn’t ask for better service, a 5star rating for the job.
Always checks in and tells me he’s going to be doing. Makes go suggestions to improve the yard or mosquitoes treatment.

Your Service Techs are always polite and do a great job
most of the time, I get a notice about the appt which is important since I must leave the gate unlocked round the pool. each person always leaves a note stating what we need and how to manage the plot.
