Service seems to be good and complete. The only problems I have encountered is many times when I try to pay online the system fails, and I must retry several times to complete the process… To me as a computer software engineer the system seems clumsy…

What I don't like is, sometimes your technicians don't treat the yard completely, the last two technicians did a good job, I waited outside to make sure it was done properly.
