I love the hot yoga classes here. The teachers are professional and the C2 or Hot Power Fusion classes allow for great variations in the practice. My Friday night yoga is a heavenly way to put my week to rest and start the weekend feeling amazing.

All of the instructors are great and their passion shows. Would love to see some variation in the C1 class and morning scheduling.

I truly have enjoyed the classes thus far. The yoga sculpting was very new and challenging, yet a good workout. I especially like the fact I can come at 6 am before work and my job is 6 mins away.

What a wonderful studio! This studio has become a second home to me! The staff are all so friendly and caring to all that wish to join, as well as those who come on a regular basis. CPY Sandy Springs has an energy about it that could not be created by anything other than the people they hire and their love for yoga and others!
