I can’t rate the Sandy springs plaza studio high enough. The owner, the teachers, everyone is incredible. I’ve dropped in and belonged to many other CorePower studios (NY, NC, MN, Chicago, other locations around ATL) and this one is the absolute best. Everyone is so kind and always in a positive mood to greet me when I walk in. Each teacher has a unique style and I don’t have a preference of who is teaching because they are all outstanding. I drive over an hour to drop in to this specific studio because of how much I love it. (Anne Strickland)

Finding yoga and CorePower has changed my life. After turning 40 last year, I felt aimless and lost. And living through a pandemic only made the feeling worse. After a friend of mine suggested we take a yoga class at CorePower, I was hooked after the first visit. I had taken a few yoga classes many years ago but never hot yoga and I was so happy that I did. Its been such a great experience and I love being apart of the Sandy Springs community. I'm incredibly grateful to have yoga and CorePower in my life!!!

I love CorePower in general, but the Sandy Springs studio is absolutely fantastic! I started my CorePower journey here, and have since gone to several other locations due to moving, but time and again I find myself back at the Sandy Springs studio! The staff is wonderful as always, and the heat for C2 is always fantastic! It’s just the right amount of hot to be a challenge, but not overwhelming. Same goes for the teachers yoga flows! I took my first class back in over a year on Monday and today is now Wednesday and I am still very sore! Can’t recommend CPY enough!

Great instructors and studio would love to have a CorePower Studio in Knoxville/Farragut TN.

I’m thrilled to have found CorePower yoga. It took quite awhile for me to finally get started but I’m so glad I did. After only a few sessions, I feel more calm, centered and stronger. I’m really looking forward to continuing my practice and becoming a member of the community!

Very helpful. Didn’t love that I had to pay for a mat rental my very first class but oh well. Great atmosphere! Helpful instructors. Will def be returning!!

Love it! Loved my experience and the instructors. Place is clean and booking is easy.

This was my very first time taking a hot yoga class and it was so amazing! The instructor was phenomenal and I loved how she would demonstrate positions. Her voice was so calming and absolutely perfect for this class! I would highly recommend this studio to anyone!
