It was hard and challenging. I really worked out doing corepower yoga.
The classes and the instructors are great. The studio is very clean and parking is free and ample. I really enjoy going and leave class feeling better than when I arrived.
The classes are always good and the there are multiple classes a day...early risers and night owls can get their workout in.
