The teachers are excellent. The classes are all a little different but have a core approach so you do have some consistency. The studios are clearn and the staff is fantastic. I just love it!

I like the classes and the instructors. Good cross training for running and going to the gym. When I go to the gym, I now incorporate several yoga poses in my routine. I bought a gift card for my daughter so she can buy a class pack.

Super positive environment!

I usually do the C2 classes. Class leaders are usually good. Classes are a good aerobic workout. At times the flow sequences are too fast for me as I need a bit of time to move from one pose to another.

I Loved my first class I didn’t really know what to expect but it was an easy way to get back into working out Definitely Recommend! The people are also nice instructor & attendees

Jocelyn made my out of town experience magical. She is such a great teacher. Her theme of softness resonated, and if I ever come back to the area I will return because of her. I live and practice in Colorado but I really enjoyed trying a studio in another state. Jocelyn's C2 class was challenging, yet she made everyone feel safe and welcomed. I, who can sometimes struggle with the more advanced poses, didn't feel self conscious. She used language and gave modifications that made me feel I was at the right level for myself. She also gave physical examples of how to get into the more advanced poses.

The Sandy Springs location has a wonderful vibe and the instructors are all welcoming & friendly. It a good, diverse mix of members as well.

I really love the Sandy Springs, Georgia studio. It's so convenient to where I live and work and the facility is always clean and well maintained. Plus, it's so spacious. The best part is the yoga instructors. Their experience and enthusiasm are wonderful, and I enjoy the classes.

Jocelyn was a great instructor and very welcoming; class was appropriate for diff levels and she was encouraging if a position was out of comfort zone. Class was challenging without being overwhelming. - This was my first in-studio visit since 2020

All of the instructors are very welcoming when you first arrive. They make sure to greet you and introduce themselves. The Yoga Sculpt is my favorite class, so challenging but effective! I like that a range of classes are offered depending on what kind of workout you are looking for that day. Classes are never too packed. Also the clothing sold in store is AWESOME! Especially the sale rack :)

this has literally chnaged my body, my feelings of it and how i view life and myself! I have to shout out Andrea! she was the reason i signed up for a membership nd come back every week!
